And with that, Chris “The Bear” Fallica and Geoff Schwartz are getting ready to kick off the games with the season preview of “Bear Bets.”
In the latest installment, the two have shared their favorite wins for the 2024 season.

Who are your favorite NFC award winners?
Schwartz: Los Angeles Rams Over 8.5 wins
“They won 10 games last year, and they shouldn’t have won 10 games. They strengthened their offensive line. Matthew Stafford had a healthy season; season full of Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp should be fine.
“All Sean McVay did was win. He had a down year with five wins, but he had seasons of 12, 10, nine, 13 and 11.”
Bear: Minnesota Vikings Over 6.5 wins
“I have full confidence in Brian Flores and that defense. I know they lost Danielle Hunter, but she’s proven she can coach defenses wherever she’s been. … I think they will start Sam Darnold. They’ll have the best receiver in the league in Justin Jefferson. You’ve got Aaron Jones. Their offensive line is pretty simple.”
Schwartz: The New York Giants Under 6.5 win
“The reports out of camp aren’t good. It’s early, but the offense doesn’t look good. It’s Daniel Jones, man. They have a bad offensive line, no Saquon Barkley and look at the division. The Eagles I will be fine.
Bear: Seattle Seahawks Over 7.5 wins
“I like the hiring process. They have the best EPA compared to some of the decisions that Pete Carroll made in the past, which weren’t the best. I’m not a fan of Geno Smith. , but you could do worse.
“If you like the Seahawks, you’re going to want to play them before the season starts. They’ve got the Broncos and the Patriots, two games they’ll probably win.”
Schwartz: Carolina Panthers Over 5.5 wins
“I like them to win seven or eight games this year. It’s an easy division. Bryce Young, we don’t need him to be all-world. Just be average! Diontae Johnson will catch 120 games. There are really good parts to their defense.
Bear: Atlanta Falcons Under 9.5 win
“There are a lot of rumors with Kirk Cousins, and then you make a bad choice. I mean, you choose Michael Penix Jr. when you have one of the worst defenses in the league. Schwartz: Arizona Cardinals Over 6.5 wins
